Returns Policy for Inner Incense
At Inner Incense, we are committed to providing high-quality incense and incense burners. Due to the nature of our products, we have a strict returns policy to ensure the integrity and quality of our offerings. Please review the terms below before making a purchase.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted under the following conditions:
- Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- Incense burners must show no signs of use, including residue, scratches, or wear.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
- Opened incense packages (for hygiene and safety reasons).
- Used incense burners or items showing any signs of use.
- Personalized or custom orders.
- Clearance or sale items.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery at admin[at]innerincense.com
- Include your order number and clear photos showing the damage.
- Once we verify the issue, we will offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion. Refunds are only issued in rare circumstances.
4. How to Initiate a Return
To request a return:
- Contact us at admin[at]innerincense.com with the following:
- Order number
- Reason for the return
- Photos of the item (required)
- Wait for our confirmation email with return instructions. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
- Items must be shipped back at your expense, using a tracked service, within 7 days of our approval.
5. Refunds
- Refunds are processed only after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- If approved, refunds are issued as store credit only. No cash or card refunds will be provided, except in cases of damaged or defective items.
- Shipping costs and a restocking fee of 20% will be deducted from your store credit.
6. Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including insurance for high-value items.
- We are not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged returns.
7. Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges unless the item is defective or incorrect. All requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
8. Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped. Contact admin[at]innerincense.com immediately for cancellation requests.
9. Additional Notes
- We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet the above criteria.
- All decisions regarding returns and refunds are at the sole discretion of Inner Incense.
